If you are intending to use Freckle Face Designs Files for Commercial use you MUST purchase the corresponding License.
With the purchase of the Commercial Use License:
YOU MAY:
- Sell-out Designs: The Licensee is granted permission to sell the Artwork as screen prints, sublimation prints, DTF prints, clear film prints, vinyl, decals, stickers, fabric, patches, or similar items.
- Change Color: The Licensee is allowed to change the color of a single-color PNG file to another single color.
- Resize Files: The Licensee may resize the Artwork to fit their desired print dimensions.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Add Pattern Overlay: The Licensee is prohibited from adding a pattern overlay to any PNG files.
- Resell FRECKLE FACE DESIGNS Files: The Licensee may not resell Freckle Face Designs files or any part of Freckle Face Designs files.
- Sell Business with Licensing & Digital Files: The Licensee is not allowed to sell their business with our licensing and digital files included.
- Post Unwatermarked Mockups or Items: The Licensee must add a proper watermark to protect the art of Freckle Face Designs when posting mockups or items using the Artwork.
- Share PNG Files: The Licensee may not share files with anyone else or any other business.
- Post Unwatermarked Photos: The Licensee may not post unwatermarked photos of the Artwork on any platform or through private messages.
- Order Custom Prints through Unlicensed Vendors: The Licensee may not order custom prints of the Artwork through an unlicensed vendor.
- Share Drive Purchases: The Licensee may not share drive purchases with any other business owner.
- Modify or Erase Parts of the Files: The Licensee may not change, modify, or erase any parts of the Artwork files.
FAILURE TO PURCHASE LICENSING, AND BREAKING ANY TERMS OF OUR CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN A BAN OF THE USE OF OUR FILES.
ALL FILES MUST BE PURCHASED BY THE LICENSE HOLDER. YOU MAY NOT TAKE A CUSTOM PRINT ORDER AND SELL THAT PRINT WITH CERRA'S SHOP CREATES FILES TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS OWNER WITHOUT PURCHASING THE FILE YOURSELF.
By using the Artwork, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this License and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the Licensee does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Artwork.
